Limitations of our Report and Findings

The Client should not use any report issued by The Investigators for any other purpose, without our prior written consent.  In the event that we provide written approval to the Client to use any of our reports for purposes other than that specified in the section herein, we will need to approve the form and context of such report to be released.  In addition, we shall require an appropriate indemnity from the Client absolving The Investigators from any liability or consequence arising from the release of such report for purposes other than that specified above.

Neither the whole nor part of our report, nor any reference thereto, may be circulated nor published in any way whatsoever, nor used for any other purpose than that specified in the report without our prior written consent pertaining to the form and context in which it appears.  Third parties without the express consent of The Investigators should not use this report.  Third parties on the report should place no reliance for any purposes whatsoever and The Investigators shall not be responsible to third parties who have acted on the information contained therein.

The Investigators makes no representation or warranties with respect to the contents or use of this document, and specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties or usefulness for any particular purpose of this publication.  The Investigators reserves the right to change or revise this document, at any time.

The scope of work set out in this report was tailored to meet the specific requirements as set out in an email/discussion/correspondence from the Client and, therefore by nature, does not amount to an audit conducted in accordance with generally accepted verification standards, the objective of which is the expression of an opinion regarding the existing evidence for allegations.  Consequently, there could be matters, which remain unidentified as a result of this limitation.

Unless expressly stated, the information contained in this report has not been subjected to detailed verification procedures.  The Investigators makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of such information and nothing contained in this report is or shall be construed as a representation of the future.

We reserve the right (but we are not under any obligation) to review, alter and amend our report in the light of any matters not previously brought to our attention or as a result of new developments, which may or may not materially affect our opinion both prior to and subsequent to the report date.
