Once served, we immediately provide our clients with a Statement of Service via email, and follow this up with an affidavit of service if required by the Court.
We also endeavour to obtain a photograph of the respondent at the time of service, and this is now standard practice for our full-time Auckland Process Servers who are equipped with Body Cameras.
